Substitute teachers
See now it's not that I do not like subs I just don't like those who don't show me respect because I am in that position so often and I just feel as a under achiever at school that when a sub comes in a class room it like they pass judgment on me but they do not see that they do not have the room to judge because they do not know what we have been doing they don't get the right first impression of the so called class clown yes I do play around and don't like to sit down and focus on work but that does not mean I am a disappointment to this world that does not mean I don't want to graduate I just lack the motivation and the determination to sit still and work for someone who don't respect me so I try to do work I try to make school work to my advantages but I lack the sight to see how bombs being dropped on Hiroshima Japan will help me in the future or how to find the circumference of a circle. But the reason I like regular teachers is because they meet you and have time to find the buried smart man under the grimy playfulness of the "slacker"!
I have had many subs but some were cool and 90% of them are disrespectful to me because they don't look deeper then what they see they see the eyes but like a wise man once said you must see what lies behind the eyes. I am a hard working person deep down I just have not met a sub nor teacher that can seem to grasp these skills I have and bring them out! I have a brilliant mind waiting for a moment to come out and surprise everyone but I have yet to learn to bring it out myself. I can see why subs do not "like" me I am their nightmare the slacker kid who does not do work talks disrupts class and longs to argue with them but they are older and more wise they should not try to act there shoe size they should attempt to make it work in their favor. To this day I cannot remember my first grade teacher yet I remember a sub that I had in the first grade his name was Mr. G he was a funny older man with a briefcase full of stickers and cherry laffy taffys that was the motivation to work back then but that is the only memory of a cool sub I have plenty of bad memories
Mrs. Hag she was the type of person that fouled all 5 human senses she looked hideous, smelled disgusting, if you touched her you would consider hacking off your own arm it could be compared to waking up with a ugly girl after a long night of drinking. She was the worst Sub ever... she was the penguin lady wobbling around at 4 foot 5 inches give or take looking in her mid 80'S she was not a sweet old lady she was bitter kind of like a crab apple. She was hated by my peers and despised by me. I was always making jokes about her and always talking shit every chance I got. She had this rule where she would draw a circle on the board and put up to 5 tallies in it and you would have to write an infuriating 50 sentence paper with the sentence "I will respect Mrs. Hag's rules and regulations and be respectful to her. It was dismembering to the state of mind.
We all hated her with the passion of Cain and Able. In my class when she subbed toward the middle of class someone brave enough to express every ones opinion yelled out "You smell like foul putrid puke you penguin lady". Infuriated she flipped a wig tripped out yelling cussing and cursing the classroom with her witchy ways. If it affected her that much she would've remembered what class yelled it but at the end of the hour she asked "was it this class or the last class that yelled Penguin lady". Everyone sweating blades from getting in trouble disregarded the responsibly factor and put the blame on the last class feeling relived we didn't hesitate to enjoy our lunch we acted as if nothing ever happened as we passed around the pig skin the old hag was the last of our worries we were more concerned with winning the game! It was all just a form of respect I use to think money made the world go round now I see it is not money it is respect that makes this beautiful world spin round.

There are many things that tick me but there is one main thing with two problems i hate. The main one is when people follow me and my mom around the store because they think we are stealing. So this is what my mom says out loud, "god I hate it when they do that!" then I say,"yeah they're weird when they do that or maybe they're just perves!' (Ewww lol) then they stop following us after we say that.
Now when I was at my old school it was horrible I'm telling you they were so racist to me. My math teacher would blame me for everything. All I would say to my friend was (hi) then she told me to stop talking. When there are three girls in the front (who happen to be white) that sit right in front of her desk who talk all the time. But do you think she told them anything no.
another thing happen with the same teacher she told me to put my bag on the ground. I told her no its fine where it's at. She then told me to go to the office because I wouldn't follow the rules in her class. Then I got mad and told her this no I am not going first off all you have no rule saying anything about my bag being on the desk and second it's not bothering any one third of all I'm not doing anything wrong. After I told her that she never told me anything. So speak what's on mind!!

There is many things that tick me off but what ticks me off the most is teachers. There are very few teachers that are nice and really take the time to help you out. Last year in my chemistry class I had a teacher who I would always ask for help but she would not help me she would tell me to look in the book and I would find the answer, but that way I learn is by going step by step and that's how I get it but she would tell me to look in the book and that did no good for me, that teacher was the worst out of all of them.
All My other teachers that were bad and didn't help me out would go over what we are learning once and expect me to get it . I would ask them for help and they would help me but most teachers would get mad cause I kept asking the same question on how to get it, so after awhile I would just ask them once and they would explain it to me and I would say that I get it even when I don't cause most of the teachers would get mad and I also didn't want to be holding up the class or from other kids getting help..so teachers is what really ticks me off.

I wonder if teachers like to piss off students or if it's amusing? If it makes them feel better because they have nothing else to do. Do they like to do it? Do parents do it just to have the feeling of being a boss? I don't get it do you?

What really ticks me off is that I have to wake up early in the morning to go to school and when I'm in class the teacher makes me do a lot of work, and I can't even concentrate because I'm too sleepy and then the teacher starts bitching to me about it, and I'm like what the f*** why do they make us start school this early if they know that teenagers don't even start functioning right till like 10.00 am and that's even proven scientifically. So they should really do something about this situation.
Also, what really ticks me off it's that we could get in trouble for anything in this school, even for just watching a fight; like on my freshman year, I was walking with my friends back to school when we saw a big crowd and we decided to go see what was going on and there were two guys fighting, and as a teenager it's interesting to watch how others beat the crap out of each other, so we stood there watching until a campus supervisor came and took us to the counseling office to interrogate every single one of us, and of course we said that we were just watching, but they took it all serious and said that we were supposedly "encouraging fighting," even though I told them over and over that were 'just watching,' they still gave every single one of us 3 days of suspension. So I think that school it's getting ridiculously strict these days, because all the teachers try to get you in trouble for everything.
Something that also gets me ticked off is been close to someone who it's really annoying and you just feel like punching him in the face he could shut the f*** up; Once I was in a soccer game and there was a kid in front of me who was just trashing my entire team and he thought he was cool because they didn't do anything about it because our coach wouldn't let them, so he kept talking and talking and then I got rally pissed off and told him that I didn't care if I got in trouble with my coach but if he kept talking s*** about our team I would beat the crap out of him. So eventually he shut up. So what all these writing and thinking made me realize is that the real enemy may not be the others or school but me, you might be thinking that I have issues or something but the truth is that everyone has the same problem, instead of complaining for everything we should just let it go and go on with our lives. It already happened so until someone invents a time machine nothing can be done to change it. So just move on.

One thing that ticksme off is the attendance contracts they give you in high school because if you have them and if you ditch at least one class, you get in school suspension because in school suspension it the most boring thing I have ever done because you have to be working all the time or else you get more days in there, and when they take us to lunch we have to get in a single line beside the wall, and I feel like a damn prisoner.
The other reason I hate the contract is because you have to take a paper to every class so you can get a teacher signature to approve that I went to class and I need to have all seven signatures every day so I think that is stupid, and if it wasn't bad already I have to take it home too and get a signature from my parents.

My suspension was absolutely unreasonable, misjudged, b.s. My close friend Felix was at the school Wednesday about to get in a fight with this kid Aj. As I watched from a distance, Aj wrapped his studded belt around his fist in attempt to use it as a weapon. Before anything had happened deans appeared in time for everyone to run. The following morning the same kid kept a constant stare on me, knowing Felix as a close friend of mine. Being the person I am, my pride wouldn't let me just walk by, so I told him he was a pussy for trying to use a weapon on my friend. He then began taunting me saying he'll fight me too.
That's when an administrator arrived to make us go give statements. So I did, wrote it just like that in my statement. Which ended with me getting suspended, and only me. Fair? I think not. I don't understand why me admitting to calling him pussy makes me suspended but telling how he was trying to fight me doesn't count in my statement. Therefore the kid who was going to use a weapon remains at school, yet the one saying he is a pussy for doing it gets punished?
Supposedly I was considered instigating a fight, although he was the only one doing it. So "you are a pussy for trying to use a weapon on my friend" are fight words. Yet, if I said "you are a scaredy cat for trying to use a weapon on my friend" how would that affect it? Or better yet if I said, "you are a pussy for trying to kill my friend" how would that change it? Would they still believe I'm trying to fight him when in fact I'm not? Doubt it.

The thing that ticks me off the most is when I have an "off day." The "off day" for me would be first I would wake up late even though I set my alarm clock the night before I went to bed. So then I missed my bus by a lot of time because my bus takes off at 6:37 a.m. So when my parents hear that I am at home still they get mad because I am late.
Next I would try to get ready but my total overall appearance was not good because you could tell that I'm very tired. Then I would have to walk to school and for me that takes me a little while to get there because it takes me a half an hour to forty five minutes to get to school, and I would get there very late. So late that I'd be late to second period, sometimes not until third period. And to make it worse my tardiness and abscesses would be unexcused. Then when I get to class I find out about all the work I'm getting or all the work I need to make up.

I think something that needs to be changed is the school systems hours. Like we have to wake up way too early and be bored for eight strait hours. For example it is 2nd period/8:15 and I'm bored out of my mind. There is a million other things I would rather be doing.
What do you think the school system would be like if the kids didn't have to wake up so early, maybe at nine or ten at least. I'm guessing kids would focus more and they wouldn't mind coming to school as much. Also grades would probably be higher. It is proven that teens succeed more with the more sleep they get.

Many kids in high school fail their first two periods because they don't wake up early enough. Even if the work is done, their attendance affects them so much the work doesn't matter. A lot of people don't understand math. It's hard, I sometimes don't get it but people need to know it and understand it for their jobs and money. I just thought of math because I was doing my math homework last night and I dint understand it. So that's my personal experience. My question is why do we have to know math anyways??
Well I know we need it for our jobs and to count money but why do we have to know algebra and geometry and all that why can't we just learn simple math? I don't know...? I hate math. Some evidence and examples of math would be some math problems like 2+2=4, y=a+bx, multiplication, addition, subtraction, division, exponents and there's even signs for like parallel lines, perpendicular lines, graphing, etc. so that's why I don't even know why we have to know math besides the simple stuff but I guess it's good haha.

Making the world a better place is one of the most challenging things for us human's to do, we say we want to but we show no action in doing just that. There are so many things in this world that can be improved, little and big, that would change our world today. We just have to realize this is our only earth so we need to do our best to make it everlasting by caring about the people, and the environment!
What's wrong with our world today? Many people believe nothing is wrong while others disagree. We have pollution, poverty, bad economy, crime, and that's not even the half of it! These days the economy is so bad that people are constantly getting laid off. We think the problem is because the president but it's not all cause of him. And this pollution we have... were trying to fix it by using electric cars and such but there so expensive that most people prefer to just use the average car.
The way we treat each other is also another huge problem. People are so rude and some actually believe there better then others.
I am usually a very jolly type of person but not all the time anymore. At school is where I have met some of the rudest people I have ever met. Some of them are lien backstabbers, fakes, drama queens and selfish people. Every day me and my friends will be in the hall way and someone will bump us so hard because there not watching where they're going and they will laugh about it and go on with their day!! That is incredibly annoying!!
Also some other people will not even know your name and they will stare at you and gossip with their friends talking about how they don't like you and etc. Then you have the worst ones...the ones that pretend to care about you and be your friend but when there not hanging out with you there being jealous and bad mouthing you. What ticks you off?? There are many things in this world that ticks people off. There are so many people and so many things that tick me off. Well to start off there are so many people in this world that are so rude. There are so many people in this school that are so rude. Let me tell you a story about all the rude kids in this FREAKING school! Well this is the rudest school that I been to, like when you're walking in the hallways people don't even care or watch out where they're going. They just bump right into you all dumb, or if you're talking to one of your friends they just walk right through you. Like my friend Ashley and I were talking in the halls and she was handing me some lip-gloss and this dude just like went through our hands and almost made me drop it, it was so rude. This school is so crowded like you can't even walk around. That's one the things that ticks me off so much is rude people.
Well to talk about rude people in the world, oh gees there is a lot a lot. When I'm driving I hate when people like try to speed up and pass me but I get mad so I don't let them. And I do stuff to tick them off. Like if there is someone like all on my butt than I just drive slower and when the try to pass me I speed up so they can haha they get all mad and flip me off n all this stuff. I love to tick people off I think it is so funny. They get so mad. Now I know why my little sisters LOVE to tick me off, and when they just laugh I get even madder. My sisters are such little brats they go in my room and mess with me just to get me and then they go tell my mom that I did something wrong to they, so I get in trouble. I get so mad at them and want to hit them and if I do I even get in more trouble, so I can't ever do anything to them. They can go in my room, mess with me and not get in trouble.

High school drama is a bitch isn't it? Well I have some things to say about it seeing as how I was it and then I became the victim of it. Alright honestly people that do it are pretty pathetic because they should know by the time high school ends whoever they were than in high school won't matter once they're out. I mean seriously there's always going to be somebody bigger and badder out there. I knew this kid that thought he could walk around do whatever he liked talk however he wanted but one day he went home messed up beyond belief like all he did was go around smoking and drinking and popping pills and one day he talked to his brother the wrong way and started pushing him around let's just say the kid had a fat upper lip bruised and all and almost got a tooth knocked out. That's why I say one day their going to meet somebody that isn't going to take their s***, and show them how it really is in adult life.
Maybe I've been mislead but I'm pretty sure school wasn't meant to socialize and start fights so why should they bother showing up. I know I was negative the last two years but once you mature and look back and look at all your old friends you realize how childish you were then. It's pretty disappointing to see how you were if you do realize it in time.
When you do see it you see why others were always irritated with you because now I see it and go through it is pretty aggravating.
If people didn't feel the need to pick at peoples flaws than there wouldn't have to be so much childish drama, Without all that people would be more free to work stress free. Because usually stress clouds the mind, and hinders peoples thinking and working ability there is no reason for this drama either because it doesn't change anyone's life just causes more hate than anything. Maybe if people soon realized that focusing on the positives of another is the way to go high school or any place for that matter would be a lot smoother, and there would be more graduates and better quality work for everything. It's pretty obvious that when douche bags play the asshole role no one wants to do anything but seek a way to get back at him or her.
I've learned a lot through my sixteen years more than I should do to my stupidity but I learned that in order to have an easy drama free life it is better to mind your own business. Because basically you say something and someone else is always going to twist it and someone always has to get huffy and throw their balls on the table. It's ridiculous that people can't just do it the right mature way and go up to the person's face and ask and see if it's true or not. I should know that finding out for yourself or just not being social helps I've seen improvement with my work and mood.
Maybe I've been mislead but I'm pretty sure school wasn't meant to socialize and start fights so why should they bother showing up. I know I was negative the last two years but once you mature and look back and look at all your old friends you realize how childish you were then. It's pretty disappointing to see how you were if you do realize it in time.
When you do see it you see why others were always irritated with you because now I see it and go through it is pretty aggravating.
If people didn't feel the need to pick at peoples flaws than there wouldn't have to be so much childish drama, Without all that people would be more free to work stress free. Because usually stress clouds the mind, and hinders peoples thinking and working ability there is no reason for this drama either because it doesn't change anyone's life just causes more hate than anything. You're telling someone important like explaining or defending yourself, people should listen than just cutting you off and thinking that you're just making excuses so they have a conclusion stuck ( printed) into there head already and nothing's going to change it.
My brother of course has this problem all the time and has to deal with it even at school because he has a reputation of doing things. Recently he had asked to go to the rest room, and the teacher told him he couldn't because they thought that a week earlier that there was someone was writing in the stales and of course they thought it was him, he tried to explain to them that it wasn't him but they stuck to that conclusion.
Soon after that they decided that it was my brother who was writing in the stales. So they called my parents to come to the school to discuss the punishment they were going to give him. Well my mother believed my brother and his story that he didn't, but she also had her doubts about it. When she and my dad went to the school she told the principle that she wanted to compare the writings, of his and what was wrote in the stale. But the principle of course already got the conclusion that it was Eddie, and had no doubt on his mind. What he said is not true and what they said is.
A week after this incident my brother was put in a program to help him out with his "mental problems". But the lady that is helping him out, she went to the school and told them that she wanted the proof and sure enough Eddie wasn't lying.
For him am sure that if you asked him "what change needs to happen to make that world a more fair and just place?" he would say "for people to listen to what I have to say than just thinking otherwise."

I think the world would be a better place with the government society and the population working together to treat everyone fairly! Also everyone of color should get the same as coactions, and not to be looked at differently!
People with different medical or health conditions should be treated as a human being not as criminals or some "monster"! The thing that really bothers me when people look at other people in a different way with Medicare or a certain "insurance", that pays for everything is that maybe we didn't all grow up the same , or maybe we all didn't wait till we were 30 to have kids. Some of us just made mistakes. Actually Medicare is a big help to some people in this world.

What ticks me off is having to go to school so early in the morning. Another thing that ticks me off is when I have to do homework. It ticks me off when the teachers don't let me listen to my music. Every day I have to get up early and go to school at seven fifteen in the morning. I get homework in my classes and I hate having to do work at my house. In at least one of my classes the teacher will make me take my music out so I can't listen to it even though I'm paying attention still. I never have my music too loud to where everybody can hear it and I can still hear the teacher and what she is teaching us.

At school I think we should be given classes that really help us in real life. On television I heard Tupac talking about the classes they give us in school and what he said is what made me stop and think. He said that we need to be taught real sex education.
I know I'm tired of always hearing the same thing. In every sex education class I have taken I have heard the same thing over and over, I have seen the same pictures over and over. Every teacher says "Ok kids this is the vagina and this is the penis," like we don't already know that. For goodness sakes we have one. I think we should have teen moms/dads come in and talk to us about being a teen parent. We should have people that had/have an STD come in and talk to us. I think we need to hear the REAL thing from REAL people in order to say "Hey this is no joke."

All they know is it puts holes in the brain. They should know ALL effects. What's in it? Commonly found to be in it is speed, LSD, ketamine, aspirin, atropine a prescription drug, 4-MTA which is a synthetic stimulant, etc. What does it do to you not only physically but mentally? After using MDMA reporters have noticed a range in emotions, including anxiety, restlessness, irritability, and sadness that can be as severe as true clinical depression. In 1994 there was 1 reported case of deaths involving MDMA. In 2001 there were more than 100 deaths involving MDMA. We shouldn't only learn about MDMA we should learn about marijuana. Most kids think marijuana is a drug that doesn't harm you, but does it? Marijuana can produce anxiety, fear, distrust or panic. It can also affect parts of the brain that influence pleasure, memory, thought, sensory and time. In 2001 there were 110,512 emergency room visits that had to do with marijuana.
Instead of teaching us about real life stuff there teaching us art, softball, volleyball, bowling, etc. How does knowing how to hit a ball over a net help us in real life?
Our required classes for graduation should be English, math, science, history, sex education, and drug/alcohol classes. Then if there's people who wish to take art they can join art club and if there's people who wish to join a sport they can join the school team.
