My suspension was absolutely unreasonable, misjudged, b.s. My close friend Felix was at the school Wednesday about to get in a fight with this kid Aj. As I watched from a distance, Aj wrapped his studded belt around his fist in attempt to use it as a weapon. Before anything had happened deans appeared in time for everyone to run. The following morning the same kid kept a constant stare on me, knowing Felix as a close friend of mine. Being the person I am, my pride wouldn't let me just walk by, so I told him he was a pussy for trying to use a weapon on my friend. He then began taunting me saying he'll fight me too.

That's when an administrator arrived to make us go give statements. So I did, wrote it just like that in my statement. Which ended with me getting suspended, and only me. Fair? I think not. I don't understand why me admitting to calling him pussy makes me suspended but telling how he was trying to fight me doesn't count in my statement. Therefore the kid who was going to use a weapon remains at school, yet the one saying he is a pussy for doing it gets punished?

Supposedly I was considered instigating a fight, although he was the only one doing it. So "you are a pussy for trying to use a weapon on my friend" are fight words. Yet, if I said "you are a scaredy cat for trying to use a weapon on my friend" how would that affect it? Or better yet if I said, "you are a pussy for trying to kill my friend" how would that change it? Would they still believe I'm trying to fight him when in fact I'm not? Doubt it.

Then for me to get suspended instead of I.S.S completely blows my mind. They truly think that helps? My mom and I knew it was unreasonable so I got to stay home and do whatever I wanted, not due to lack of discipline, but due to the fact I didn't deserve punishment. Then I came back to very low, hard to get up grades.
